1. Program Description
When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on a Sellaray booking or contact form, you opt in to the Sellaray audit messaging program. Through this program, Sellaray sends you text messages about the audit you requested — confirming your request, scheduling your 20-minute audit, and following up if we have not yet connected. This is a customer-care and account-notification program, not a recurring marketing list.
2. Messages You May Receive
- Confirmation that we received your audit request.
- Scheduling and rescheduling messages to lock your audit time.
- Conversational replies from our team about your request.
- A small number of follow-ups if we have not been able to reach you.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will generally receive messages only in response to your request and our follow-up — typically a handful of messages per audit request, not an ongoing recurring campaign.
4. Cost
Sellaray does not charge you for these messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5. How You Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a Sellaray booking or contact form before submitting it. The consent box is never pre-checked, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to use the number provided.
6. How You Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. To re-subscribe, reply START or submit a form again.

8. Privacy and Mobile Data Sharing
We take the privacy of your mobile information seriously:
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all data-sharing categories.
- We use your phone number solely to deliver the audit messages described above and to respond to you.

9. Messaging Service Provider
Sellaray uses Twilio Inc. as its messaging service provider to deliver these text messages on our behalf. Twilio processes the phone number and message content only as needed to send the messages and in accordance with its own privacy policy.
10. Carriers and Delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device availability and is not guaranteed.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
